Senior ABAP Developer
Our client is a highly attractive name looking for Senior ABAP Developer for a year long contract within an internal project.. Based in Central Zurich this opportunity will allow a high level of autonomy within ABAP Development for the build of an internal banking system. This individual must have demonstrable ABAP experience and identify himself as a professional within their field.
Your responsibilities
- Development and design of ABAP solutions (ABAP/4 OR ABAP OO) within the core banking unit
- Analysis of Requirements
- Development of SAP reports and programmes as part of the SDLC
- Integration and Testing
- Bug fixes, identification and management of defects
- Accuracy within ABAP development- ensuring code is accurate and operational before deployment and handover
Experience/Qualifications
- Degree qualified or Similar in Computer Science/Wirtschaftinformatik
- Minimum 5 years' experience within ABAP/4 and ABAP OO development ideally within the financial services/banking/investment sectors
- Demonstrable experience within Business Add-In, Business Application Programming Interface and Business Transaction Events (Process Interfaces)
- Experience and knowledge within the use of enhancements - Business Data Toolset is highly desirable
- Experienced within FI and SF transaction objects for process modification
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, German nice to have
