Senior .NET Developer (Remote with Travel)

Yoh has an EIGHT (8) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity for a SENIOR (SR.) .NET DEVELOPER to join our client in NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA.

NOTE: THIS CAN BE A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY WITH TRAVEL OF 30-40%

KEY SKILLS:
SeniorNET Developer (C#, .NET 4.0, WPF, SQL, PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN LARGE-SCALE ENTERPRISE APPLICATION INTEGRATION PROJECTS)

JOB OVERVIEW:
- The project client will be interfacing WITH C/C++ SERVER COMPONENTS, so some understanding of C/C++ will be helpful particularly with interfacing between managed and unmanaged code. The interface will use the .NET Oracle Connection object.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be willing to work diligently to meet deliverable deadlines.
- For coding and deploying Telemetry and Air Samples modules in the RADS project, the Software Design Document and Subject Matter experts will be available to the developer.
- The client applications will be developed using WPF.
- There may be some XML for configuration files.
- DevX (3rd party controls) will be used for trending and other UI controls.
- DevX or Crystal Reports will be used for reporting needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong C# and SQL skills.
- .NET framework 4.0 expertise.
- WPF experience.
- MVP (Model-View-Present) software pattern experience.
- Minimum of five plus (5+) years of development experience in large-scale enterprise application integration.
- Demonstrated effective solution development capabilities.
- Demonstrated high degree of initiative and self-guided work management.
- Significant development or architectural experience using Microsoft .NET, and related technologies.
- Expert level technical skills with .NET development technologies.
- Demonstrate strong desire to develop new technical knowledge and professional skills on a continual basis.
- Detailed knowledge of WPF.
- Object Orientated programming concepts are needed.
