The Express Program exists out of multiple We need an enthousiastic Senior .NET developer
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Writing C#, XAML code to implement tasks and stories assigned to him/her during the sprint planning,
· Writing unit and/or automated test when appropriate,
· Identifying critical technical feasibility in her/his area of work,
· Participating to the SCRUM process (including helping estimation and prioritization, efficient use of time during sprint planning and review, etc.),
· Performing technical analysis and design on sub-component of the overall solution (overall architecture and design is performed by the project technical lead),
· Organizing the review and quality control of own deliverables and of those from developers in her/his area of work,
· Writing technical documentation and code comments to ease later maintenance operations,
· Proposing new ideas, new technologies, libraries/package of the market for implementing part of the solution,
· Organizing work of more junior developers involved in her/his areas of work
· Providing guidance and coaching to developers involved in her/his area of work.
DESIRED SKILLS & MINDSET (Senior .NET Developer)
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in Engineering (or equivalent) with top scores/ranking
· Deep knowledge and development experience with .Net 4.0 framework and more specifically of WCF, SQL Server, C#, Silverlight is nice to have
· Experience with corporate web-commerce-level IT project (multi-tier & service oriented architectures)
· Track record of successful web development projects
· Outstanding communication skills in English (other languages is a strong plus)
· Autonomous, well organized, structured and creative,
· Sound problem-solving skills and initiative taking,
· Ability to cope with pressure and demonstrate a reasonable level of flexibility/adaptability.
