Senior .NET Developer Engineer - Capturing

SENIOR .NET DEV ENGINEER CAPTURING

My client a globally leading financials organisation is looking for a Senior .NET Dev Engineer WITH '*CAPTURING' EXPERIENCE. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all applications with regard to document composition, digital communication, print management, scanning/data capture and archiving. To help you deliver to the high standards my client expects, you will have the latest state of the art software packages available to you.

*THE VACANCY IS FOR THE "CAPTURE", WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAPTURING DOCUMENTS. DOCUMENTS ARE DIGITISED (SCANNED) AND INDEXED.

ESSENTIAL SKILLSET REQUIRED:
* At least a Batchelors degree, preferably within the IT
* At least 5 years of experience within a complex IT environment
* Working experience with .Net
* You are capable of training junior Engineers (and enjoy it)
* Working experience with REST API's
* Experience with working in a Scrum environment
* You speak English fluently - DUTCH IS A REAL PLUS!

DESIRED SKILLSET (NICE TO HAVE)
* Captiva experience is a nice to have
* Experience with MSSQL
* Knowledge of Powershell
* Knowledge of Javascript, Angular JS and/or Polymer
* Experience with Document Processing

COMPETENCIES - MIND SET
Software management, optimizing monitoring processes (eg Graphite, Grafana, logstash) and implementing patches/releases of Captiva in two-week sprints. The software is developed with Captiva, .net C#, TFS and powershell. Some knowledge of MSsql REST API's MSSQL highly appreciated. As an engineer you play an active role to manage the risks adequately according to my clients standards. You actively participate in the Scrum process and in Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices. You will play a positive role with your DevOps team growing the experience and knowledge within your team.
As an IT Dev Engineer at Document Management you and around 8 to 10 other enthusiastic professional colleagues will work together in a DevOps team in Leeuwarden (The Netherlands). Delivering a generic service, it's important that you are proactive and be focused on delivering a continuously improvement of the domestic Dutch Customer Experience.
