*Developing web applications in .NET 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 using C# and ASP.NET, WCF, Web Services
*Data access technologies such as Linq to SQL and Entity Framework
*Ability to develop end to end solutions - incorporating design, development, testing, delivery of all elements of a solution
*Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and other web technologies
*Experience of creating relational databases using SQL Server 2005/2008 tools
*Ability to work on their own (primarily) and as part of a team
*Innovative and able to come up with solutions to both business and technical problems
Desirable
*Experience of windows application development using WinForms would be nice
*Configuring web applications on IIS6 / 7 / 7.5
*SQL Server Reporting Services
