Senior .NET/C# Front End Developer

Senior .NET/C# Front End Developer in alternative investment area wanted for our client, an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Working independently and as part of a small team in an agile environment, under the guidance of the tech lead
- Developing components on a Microsoft 3-tier architecture system, with focus on the UI - Front End
- Enhancing existing functionalities and implementing new features following coding best practices
- Extending the testing framework and improving unit tests
- Converting requirements into technical solutions

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Long-term experience in designing and implementing UI (focusing on usability and user interaction)
- Extensive expertise in WPF/MVVM/Prism (or Silverlight)
- Solid know-how of Infragistics controls or another third party controls
- Strong skills in OOP, core .NET/C# 4.0 or above, LINQ, design patterns, multi-threading, especially applied to UI
- Very good knowledge of UI unit testing (eg NUnit) and mocking frameworks
- Languages: good English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
