SEND Programme Manager

Currently looking for an SEND Programme Manager for a London Borough. You will be leading on the strategic and operational redesign on the SEND Pathway for children and young people 0-25 in order to meet the requirements of the Children and Families Bill.

The post will ensure that the work of the five workstreams are aligned to commissioning, operational, and partner organisations priorities.

You will establish and oversee the specific projects and work-streams to deliver SEND redesign including;

- Integrated assessment and planning
- Integrated Pathway
- Personalisation and Personal Budgets
- The Local Offer
- Market Development and Commissioned Support

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

- Substantial project and programme management experience across children's or adult services business process, systems, and service environment, including assessment, planning, and commissioning.
- Understanding of the wider policy context for SEND and the Children and Families Bill.
- Experience of successful strategic and operational service transformation to deliver health and social care or education outcomes
