SEN Teaching Assistant Rochdale

You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and have a determination to succeed. Prior experience working in SEN and a Learning Support Assistant qualification are desirable but applicants with other backgrounds will also be considered.

It is essential that you are/have:

* A TA or LSA with experience supporting pupils with SEN
* Be calm, caring and compassionate to pupils needs
* Be flexible adaptable and able to support class teachers
* Employ a creative approach to teaching every child.
* Be qualified with an NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Have an Enhanced DBS and overseas police check (or happy to apply for one with Capita)
