Projektbeschreibung
Our client is looking for a Back End software developer with strong python experience to build their Semantic data stack. With solid experience of Virtuoso or other Resource Description Framework solutions (RDF) such as SPARQL and OWL, you will be working on projects organising and integrating biomedical, genomics and clinical data.
You will also be responsible for customising expressive ontologies and the modelling of primary data sources and integrating with large-scale structured data.
Along with a solid understanding of Semantic Web technologies, you will bring new ideas and ways of working to the team around design, development and building Semantic Web solutions.
Fluency in python development is essential with scientific programming and an understanding of maths and statistics a strong advantage.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
