Santander SelectSelect is our new differentiated service for our affluent customers. We are expanding our service for additional Select customers, allowing them to benefit from access to a dedicated remote team that will manage the customer through telephone and email. The Select Advisors will support customers with their personal banking servicing needs, whilst developing relationships which promote customer loyalty.As a Select Advisor your main responsibilities will beProviding an exemplary telephone service experience for Select customers and identifying other financial needs our customers haveDriving overall customer loyalty and segment value through inbound reactive servicingDeepening customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service whilst ensuring commercial opportunities are identified and referredTaking ownership of, and resolve, complex or time consuming queries whilst providing support to the Select Relationship and Branch Managers to ensure our Select customers receive a truly multichannel and holistic experienceSaving our customers money, and protecting whats important to themManaging your time to ensure you are available to support customers, and taking responsibility for your personal and professional developmentIdentifying and driving new ways to make banking more simple, personal and fair for our customers through the education of digital channelsWhat we will be looking for in youA track record of building solid customer relationships within a customer service environmentThe ability to work to discussed targets under limited supervisionStrong communication skills and a determined team spiritAn understanding of a range of financial products and servicesProactive and seen as a self-starterHours of workThis is a full-time role, 35 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday.Rewarding youSalary: £15,375 bonus benefits There are many advantages to being part of our family.
