Security SOC Analyst - Threat Analysis, Vulnerability Analysis
IT SECURITY ANALYST - GENEVA
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Perform security event monitoringdevelop metrics to ensure compliance with policies
- Provide input and visibility into emerging application security technologies, deployment strategies and other security protocols to ensure awareness within the software organization
KEY SKILLS & EDUCATION:
- Minimum of 6 years experience with common network security a must (intrusion detection, Firewall technologies, ) - F5 - Tipping Point, Watchguard, Fortinet,
- Familiarity with common network, system and web application attack vectors and related mitigation strategies
- Experience with Linux/Unix and an with database technologies (Ubuntu, CentOS, MySQL, MariaDB, )
- Experience using network vulnerability scanners and an ability to analyze scan reports
- Fluent in English
