We are looking for a Security Project Manager/Coordinator. Only candidates with several years and tangible experience as security project manager/leader/coordinator will be considered.
The candidate will join a team of security project managers/coordinators in charge of delivering the security roadmap defined according to the Company security strategy.
Responsibilities and main tasks:
- Define and execute the process that will deliver the information security strategy;
-Communicate this process to stakeholders (contributors and their management); Ensure buy-in and cooperation. Support contributors on ad hoc basis.
- Ensure that stakeholder input is aggregated in a concise, high quality end deliverable, that can be shared with Senior Management, and is supported by a communication kit.
- Consolidate bottom-up and top-down input into a cohesive strategy, supported by a realistic investment portfolio.
- As project manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of one or more projects; this includes management of project budget and resources.
- Support the Security Team Leads with the realization of their change' deliverables (enhancements; studies) in a hands-on and pragmatic manner: by coaching them in PM practices and techniques; by ensuring that basis progress reporting is available, and capacity managed; by occasionally acting as PM.
Education: Master
Certification and background: Prince2 or PMP, ITIL, CISM, ISO27001 certifications are a plus but experience of several years as project manager/coordinator on security projects or initiatives will be considered as equivalent. Project Management, Change Management. Security Management.
Languages: English (fluent) and French or/and Dutch. For candidates with in-depth Security Project Manager/Coordinator experience, French or/and Dutch is optional.
