Manager Daily Operations Security Integration & Tooling.

Objective:

To ensure that daily operations are managed, demand is streamlined and planning is accurate. Provides insight in limitations of demand vs. Team capacity. In charge of planning requests from our clients and translating that into a planning. Monitors the progress of planned activities vs. Delivery dates, re-adjusts when required and manages clients expectations.

Properly improve the Systems & Processes owned by the specified department at a local, regional or global level regarding automation/user administration/monitoring in order to meet the quality, users expectations, regulations, segregation of duties and providing cost effective solutions.

Most important responsibilities and result areas:

Customer advocacy

Provides presentations to business units/support staff

Operations

Manages workload of the team

Provides clear overview of planned activities vs. Demand and where required readjusts course, provide well built analysis of underlying issues and provides options for resolution

Coordinate with sponsors, local business and/or operation (heads), IT managers and Change Management

Responsible for timely delivery of projects and other baseline activities

Monitor and control performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for all project and baseline activities

Relationship management with application support teams (IS&D, CSAS, ITI and 3rd party suppliers)

Write and deliver reports to Global Head Security Operations.

Management

Coordinates team staff

Manages contractors working for the team

Nice to have:

* Knowledge of banking environment

* Experience in (Priviledged) Identity Management

* Security Tooling (SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning)

* Working knowledge of other IT Areas.

Must haves:

* English Language, Proficient, Spoken and Written

* Several years experience as operational manager in the security field

* Strong knowledge on project management,excellent communication skills, CISSP or equivalent certification, Prince II certification 

Team:

* 8 persons, varying from Junior to Senior, and also 2 Business Analysts and 6 Integration Engineers.
