Security Manager

A Top Tier Bank require a Security Manager to implement Group Physical Security Policy and conduct business assurance checks. The successful candidate will analyse physical security risks and identify and apply good risk assessment and lead and conduct investigations into financial and non-financial crime.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Devise and conduct a rolling programme of security risk assessments
- Respond to and investigate low level security incidents that do not require escalation to senior management.
- Prepare and complete monthly action plan completion and productivity reports that will contribute to principle risk reporting and updates for key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience as a Risk specialist, Risk Management, Conformance or Audit role.
- Experience developing, managing and implementing new policies, standards and procedures to a wide and varied audience
- Good knowledge of security and risk management processes.
- Good knowledge of the British Security Standards in relation to intruder alarms and security camera systems.
- Knowledge of physical design and security operating controls in corporate buildings with sufficient depth to identify points of risk impacting on the safety and security of people, premise and moveable assets.
