Security IT helpdesk
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Security IT officer (security helpdesk) for one of our client active in the payment industry. Responsible for testing, implementing and activating credit cards based on clients requirements. In direct contact with financial institutions around the world who need to activate cards and set up the card parameters. Mainly cryptology work. In charge of testing, validating and activating parameters if credit cards Registration security Production Security of credentials Identity and Access Management IAM-CSM, customer facing identity access management
* Troubleshooting and modification of cards settings when errors occur
* Constant contact with customer (banks and financial institutions) during the length of the project and keeping them up to date with the progress
* Follow up and liaison of projects with different departments
* Providing info and support to customer regarding the different aspects of our products and services we offer
Languages: English fluent/native level required.
