Security Domain Specialist

Our client is a leading well known systems integrator and they currently have a contract opportunity for experienced Security Domain Specialists to work onsite for a well known corporate organisation.

In this role, your key accountabilities will include:
Develop network and host-based security policies
Outline strategic security plans for network telecommunications in accordance with established policy to meet organisational security goals
Develop security domain requirements with clients to ensure that the design meets organisation security defined objectives

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will have the following experience:
A track record of developing information security and risk management solutions
A keen understanding of technology and the ability to leverage this knowledge to implement effective security solutions
Deep understanding of multiple technologies
Subject matter expertise in a security domain (Data Security, Identity, Personnel and Process Security, Threat Management)
Knowledge of best practices in developing security procedures and infrastructure
Understands and manages risk
An ability to see the overall security needs of an organisation
You will also have strong communication skills and the ability to influence; the ability to articulate business value; the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders; and strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to work with clients to understand the requirement and define an appropriate solution.
