Security & Controls Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the day to day execution and support of all HR Process and Systems policies and procedures as they relate to Change Control, Security and Testing.
- Provide daily monitoring and processing of requests for access to key SAP-HR Environments.
- Help to create/update various support documentation as it relates to change control or security.
- Support major SAP Security related projects by providing data and analysis from various SAP Environments found within our HR Projects and Systems Landscape.
- Provide daily monitoring of various change control systems to ensure best practices are followed.
- Assist HR Process and Systems Teams with troubleshooting data access issues to various applications (SAP HR, myHROnline, and SuccessFactors).

SKILLS

Must have: Bachelor's Degree. Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple activities concurrently with little supervision. Customer focused. Comfort in dealing with technical requirements. Security & Controls experience preferred.
