Security Consultant - Macafee - SC/DV Clearance - South East

Security Consultant - MacAfee - Infrastructure Team Lead - Infrastructure Assurance Team Lead - SC/DV Clearance required for a Government client based Buckinghamshire, South East.

Please Note: Only candidates who hold current SC or DV Clearance will be considered.

The Infrastructure Assurance Team Leader will be responsible for the team and the provision of antivirus and Software patches across the site this will be completed by:

Manage the provision of a central Antivirus and Software patching solution, ensuring daily updates are loaded and pushed out to managed clients.

Provide technical support and guidance in the resolution of issues identified with Antivirus software and Software patching,

Ensure the Anti Virus Solutions are monitored for potential Threats and escalate any issues found

Negotiate and provide pre determined and ad-hoc reports on the Anti Virus solution and software patching status.

Manage the Operational Acceptance testing on new systems in relation to Anti Virus and Software patching within the team.

Provide Line management duties to the team including permanent and contract staff.

Provide continuous improvement suggestions and solutions in relation to the sphere of work covered by the team.

Technical Background:

Experience of backup strategies and messaging services

Experience of Anti Virus delivery, monitoring and complianceExperience of supporting McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator v 4.0, 4.5 and 4.6

MS Windows 2008/3/0 Server,

SERVICE DELIVERY: Experience in working alongside many aspects of the ITIL3 environment, such as release to production, problem and change management.

MCP/MCSE accreditation.

AV products (MacAfee, SOPHOS etc)

Backup software (NetVault, Backup exec)

Experience of Service Desk toolsets

Foundation certificate in ITIL
