SECURITY CONSULTANT

One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a SECURITY CONSULTANT for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

THE SECURITY CONSULTANT WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Minimal 3 years of hands on experience in specific domains of information security
- Able to operate at an advanced level of written and spoken communication; including writing professional reports and making corporate style Powerpoint presentations to explain findings
- Proficiency in one or more Scripting language. eg Perl, Python, Shell Scripting etc
- Experience in writing proof-of-concept exploits and creating custom payloads
- knowledge in evasion and hacking of threat detection or monitoring techniques
- Expert in at least one of one of the following domains of information security demonstrated by hands on experience:
- Application Security
- Network Security
- Infrastructure Security

THE SECURITY CONSULTANT WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible to provide accurate assessments of security threats, via hands on exercises and is able to advise on mitigation of found gaps.
- You will provide Subject Matter Expertise to management in areas specific to computer/network security threats, vulnerabilities and guide towards best practices, standards and solutions.
