Security Cleared (SC) Project Manager (NATO) - 6 Months - Netherlands

We are seeking experienced Security Cleared (SC) Project Manager to work on NATO project, based in the Hague, Netherlands. Current programme is currently executing multiple projects that require management support. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills and also requires a degree of creativity to and initiative to develop quality products requested by the various customers.

DUTIES/ROLES

- Perform oversight, management and support activities as a Portfolio Manager.
- Validate and support the preparation and initiation of new Project requests.
- Resource management and analysis.
- Documentation quality reviews based on scope and requirements, in conjunction with other SME's, technical leads and Project Managers.
- Prepare/support request for quotations to Contractors and review the quotes received;
- Maintain the timely production of monthly project highlight reports from the Project Managers. Review and suggest improvements to these where applicable.
- Support C2 Senior management in the prioritisation of the C2 Portfolio of projects and Services.
- Review official project documents prior to internal coordination.
- Monitor and control of project execution.
- Perform (or support the Project Managers in) the monitoring and control the activities performed by the internal and external Technical Teams.
- Support quarterly updates for project financial planning (expenditures).
- Perform, support or monitor project Risks, Issues and dependency tracking and resolutions.
- Any other P3M management duties as required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL

The consultancy support for this work requires a Project Management Professional with the following qualifications:

- Project Management Certification (APMP, PMI, Agile PM, Prince2)
- Change Management Certification (CMMP, APMG)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
- P3M Management Office (PMO) experience
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Availability to Travel in NLD and elsewhere in Europe as required
- Availability to work extra hours, if required

Desirable

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms (sufficient to perform the programming tasks on that platform)

Due to the nature of the project and urgency, the successful candidate will be required to have a valid UK security clearance (SC) or willing to undergo.
