Security Cleared Desktop Support/Systems Administrator - North London

Security Cleared Desktop Support Engineer/System Administrator is immediately sought for contract role based in North London.

CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST HOLD CURRENT ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Desktop Imaging, Desktop Support EUC Admin, Infra Administration and Maintenance, Windows OS Support.

DESIRABLE SKILLS: Windows Admin, Networking and Infrastructure

As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.

Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independatly and suggest/implement services improvements plans. Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to lead or Manager.

SC Security Cleared, Desktop Support, Printing/Scanning/Comms Room Management, Incident and Service management, ready to travel in short notice, able to manage L1 work of Servers, Storage and Networks
