Security Business Engagement Analyst

A leading financial services client based in Cheshire is looking to employ a Security Business Engagement Analyst.

The Security Business Engagement Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of the engagement function into GIS for change delivery projects and Business As Usual demand from its clients, namely the Technology Offices, GTIS, Service Managements and the different business clusters.

For this role the Security Business Engagement Analyst will require:

*Planning and Control of assignment requests
*Resource Management
*Timely and appropriate communication back to the client
*Cost Recovery and Utilisation
*Delivery of Robust Management Information
*Process Improvement
*Stakeholder Management

Key Accountabilities for the Security Business Engagement Analyst:

*Management of external engagements into the Security Mailbox to provide a consistent response within an agreed SLA, track and control engagements into the team.
*Management of the Security Assignment Tracker
*Tracking of resource assignments and capacity within the team
*Maintain 100% visibility of all projects throughout the life cycle
*Production of regular Management Information associated with Business Engagement
*Track and Report on Quality and Governance issues
*Ensure identified risks are appropriately escalated to the service and project team, tracked in the RCA or ORIA.
*Keep abreast of the changes which might impact security and communication to the wider Security Risk audience
*Promote Security Risk and the value we add to customers through different mediums such as road shows, training, Round Table presentations, Town hall communication updates and Intranet Portal
*Active Content Management of the Security Risk Portal
