My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking a Security Architect/Technical Lead to join their global IT hub in Prague. The goal is to implement updated Security baseline for the IT infrastructure and application portfolio management to minimize threat footprint to IT assets (Applications and IT infrastructure) and Information.

Skills Required for the role are as follows:

*5+ years of working experience in network or data center domain.
*5+ years of working experience in security domain.
*Experienced with TOGAF or other architectural or security framework.
*Excellent understanding of IT, project management and compliance domains.
*Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work and deliver successfully in geographically or functionally dispersed teams.
*Create/propose security related solutions, designs and processes.
*Check projects, solutions and system designs for adherence to security standards, baselines and architecture principles, aligned with IGM Group.
*Provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient designs and effective support of security in projects, fit for business purposes and requirements.

* Experience and understanding of the common security challenges in large and complex business and technical environments.
* A thorough understanding of the regulations (eg SOX, PCI, COBIT, Data Privacy, Data Protection etc.) that have Infrastructure or IAM control requirements.
* Experience of engaging and interacting with a wide stakeholder group, including but not limited to end users, IMs and IT Staff.
* End to end infrastructure security knowledge includes but is not limited to: Security Baselines; Server security hardening (Windows, Unix, Linux Operating Systems); PKI; encryption; IAM; Application Security; IPS for Hosts and Networks; SIEM Tools; Data Leakage Prevention, Digital Rights Management; Personal Firewalls; Antimalware; and unified communication tools.
