Security and Operational Risk Assessor
Execution of risk assessments in IT and business, scoping projects or Legacy assets (3rd Parties, applications, business assets). Maintenance of identified risks in the risk registry database. Consulting on risk management to internal customers (IT and Business)
- Proposition or validation of measures to mitigate risks.
- Creation of detailed or synthetic risk report, structured and formulated in line with clients Group and Information Security Risk Management best practices.
- Support in increasing risk control maturity by providing a valuable follow up and reporting. - Risk reporting to Information Security, IT or Business Management
- Correlate risks across a portfolio of projects or activities; identify and propose transversal risk mitigating actions.
- Create risk dashboards and reports for a management audience.
- Create one-pagers and synthetic risk reports for various audiences (IT, Business, Management).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Significant experience in operational/security risk management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management frameworks
- 5+ y exp in information security
- 2+ y exp process design and improvement and/or in project management
- Min 2 y experience on operational risk management
- Strong IT background + min. 2 y exp. in security technology and processes
- Metrics definition and dash boarding
- Professional experience in Financial Services
- Security or Operational risks in regulated activities (Finance, Insurance,), Data Protection laws, Payment Card Industry standards, Basel II, etc.
- Project Management qualification
- Excellent English writing skills. Ability and real appetite to write synthetic memos for various audiences (business, IT, management), to explain and convince
- Fluent ENG speaking and writting (FR or/and NL is a plus)
