Security and Compliance Project Manager

ENCLIPSE-CORPORATION is looking for a qualified security and compliance consultant for a project with our Health Care client located in the east coast.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead up 1 - 2 projects and provide team leadership to drive the work and pace of the work such that the project completes quickly.
Create business cases, estimate capital and operating expense budgets, estimate labor budget, and monitor variance so that adjustments can be made early in the project life cycle to address potential cost overruns.
Build and maintaining project work plans to help team members remain focused on the most important tasks.
Review monthly budget forecasts with Finance to reduce project cost variances.

Required Experience:
MUST HAVE items.
2 years experience managing implementations of large-scale, complex, multi-disciplined, cross-functional and highly visible project, with IT team with more than 4 people. *8 years with a HS Diploma* 1 year of information security and compliance experience working on HIPAA, SOX, PCI, or other compliance driven projects that contain information security requirements. *7 years with a HS Diploma*
Must have demonstrated success at leading project teams and driving projects to completion.
Must be experienced in CDP, PMP or other popular project management methodology.
Must be able to conform to governance processes and operate within the approved governance oversight processes..

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

REQUIREd Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems preferred) or equivalent experience
