Security and Access Control Tech Support Analyst/Developer

We are currently doing extensive works in the Healthcare/IT sector and looking to hire a SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL TECH SUPPORT ANALYST/DEVELOPER to work with our partner Dell on one of the largest Healthcare IT Projects in Doha, Qatar. This is a 6 months Extendable contract role.

Position: SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL TECH SUPPORT ANALYST/DEVELOPER

Reporting to:Access Control Security Manager

Duties:

Daily management and maintenance of environments
-

Response to level 2 support calls.
-

Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
-

Impact assessment and testing of any changes to connected applications
-

Liaising with vendor support desk for resolution of open incidents
-

Collection and documentation of requirements for enhancements
-

Creation and maintenance of new application profiles and application role profiles Initial response to system alerts and errors

Skills

-

Good knowledge in Scripting tools specifically Automation Anywhere and VBScript
-

Good knowledge in Identity Management administration
-

Good knowledge in Imprivata SSO administration
-

Good knowledge in IT Security and LAN network administration
-

Good knowledge in Unix/Linux administration (ie vi editor, Unix/Linux commands)
-

Good knowledge in MySQL and Oracle database administration
-

Good understanding of Active Directory
-

Good understanding on the concept of VMWare and Citrix XenApps and Citrix Xendesktop or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technology
