Security Administrator

The Security Administrator has the responsibility to utilise the tools available within the security system to ensure compliance with policies and procedures designed for the delivery of Security Services to Clients.

Your role will focus on providing Service, Customer focus, Audit Compliance/Security and Business Compliance.

SERVICE:

- Administers the Security Databases, utilising the functions of the security system in line with current procedures through the achievement of low cost day to day administration, accept the ownership and responsibility for the accurate and timely execution of tasks assigned as well as Problem management

CUSTOMER FOCUS:

- Where possible, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations and add 'value' to the customer, through the successful achievement of contractual requirements and production of SLA based measurement data

AUDIT COMPLIANCE/SECURITY:

- Adhere to both the client and customer security policies and procedures
- Complete audit tasks as per the task documentation to maintain audit readiness

BUSINESS COMPLIANCE:

- Carry out and ensure compliance with current customer account specific security policies and relevant national and international security standards and best practices
