Our client is respected Private Bank located in Zurich.

We are looking for a contractor/consultant to join a migration project for Securities within the organisation.

START DATE IS ASAP.

The assignment is planned to run until the END OF DECEMBER 2017 with optional prolongation.

Tasks

- Process of security transfers
- Input and verify free movement information into depository terminals
- Monitor free movement activity to verify transfer orders are being keyed accurately and tracked
- Reconcile security unit positions internally and externally
- Verify accuracy of incoming documents and processing work using internal quality assurance processes
- Maintain frequent interaction with depositories and counter parties
- Communicate with administration, vendors and/or depositories

Requirements

- High degree of familiarity with projects in a global context (multiple locations, cross-cultural teams)
- Broad experience of operations in the securities clearance industry
- In-depth knowledge in banking (particularly in trust, securities, processing, Back Office related processes)
- Strong mathematical and organisational skills
- Good communication, presentation skills and MS Office skills
- Well-structured and proactive mind-set to work in a challenging environment to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) and German
