Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

This is an exciting temp opportunity to work in Edinburgh as a Securities administrator, we are looking for more then one person to join the team to start ASAP.

- To provide a high quality administrative service for Unit Trusts and OEIC's including scheme Valuations and daily processes within Operations.
- Complete all daily work (issues/cancellations, fees, cash management, deposits, unit reconciliations etc.) as allocated by PM.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate in line with TDS procedure until resolved. Complete Technical training programme within set time-scales to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
- Complete high quality Valuations (Stock, Cash, Accrued Income) accurately and timely

Requirements

- You will have high numeracy and keyboard skills
- Knowledge of MS Office application
- Ideally you would have banking operations experience already.
- Ideally also Knowledge/experience of Collective Investment Schemes operations & regulations/fund administration/valuations, however is not necessary. Ideally you would also have or be working towards IAQ - a recognised qualification in the Securities Industry
- We will also consider graduates with some banking/financial services/securities related experience or related degree as we are looking for more then one person.
