SECURE WEB FINGERPRINT TRANSMISSION (SWFT) CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Alexandria, Virginia, Herndon, Virginia, or Seaside, California.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience in group facilitation
- Experience in requirements analysis with diverse client or project types.
- providing direct customer support and issue resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Under general direction, apply specialized application functional knowledge to support the end users and DMDC client by acting as the point of contact between the Industry and Government to coordinate and manage the following day to day application activities -
- Learn the BioSP customized application functionality
- Manage and coordinate with the Aware vendor any user reported problems that need to be corrected
- Coordinate with the Help Desk and the Aware vendor the resolution of issues related to the application
- Produce and maintain program documentation such as: weekly activity reports, system metrics, program registration documents, and program Frequently Asked Questions
- Monitor and analyze processes and procedures related to the application usage and web enroller process
- Make recommendations for improvement and enhancement

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current DoD Secret clearance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in group facilitation.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in requirements analysis with diverse client or project types.
- Minimum of two (2) years providing direct customer support and issue resolution.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data analysis and strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation and direction
- Must possess strong motivation to make a difference
- Must be a team player
- Common office software skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Department of Defense personnel security issues is a plus
