Secretary/Administrator/Virtual classroom support (Maternity cover)

MTP plc provides tailored management training, via face-to-face and on-line classrooms, to major blue chip companies both in the UK and internationally. Our offices are located in a pleasant courtyard setting in the conservation area of Aylesbury.

We are now seeking maternity cover for a full-time Secretary/ Administrator to join our secretarial team, who provide a very high standard of support and service to our professional staff and corporate clients.

High professional standards, proven IT skills in Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Word and PowerPoint are essential, and some experience of supporting virtual training (eg. WebEx) is desirable. Having a positive approach and attitude are prerequisites for this busy position. In addition, you should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, respond well to demanding work pressures and demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a commitment to customer service.
