Secretariat

Our client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced Secretariat with a strong business analysis skill set to join their team in London.

This role will sit within the secretariat function and will report directly into the Company Secretary. They are looking for someone who has substantial Secretariat experience as well as a strong business analysis skill set.

As well as strong secretariat experience the following is required:

- Change Management experience
- Experience of delivery of large scale projects, including the ability to plan and manage design, document and translate these into operational processes.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment pertaining to large, complex financial service organisations
- Detailed knowledge of Companies Act requirements
- Prince 2 qualified
- Detailed knowledge of share registration issues
- Producing Presentation material and delivery
