Bedruthan Hotel and Spa is one of the most family friendly hotels in Cornwall, with stunning ocean views across the Atlantic and breath taking coastline.

We are an award winning (South West Large Hotel of the year 2013), privately owned, 4 star hotel with 101 rooms and suites and great leisure facilities.

We also offer Ofsted inspected children's activity clubs, state of the art conference facilities and an exceptional Spa plus two award winning restaurants - The Herring (Cornish restaurant of the year 2013), and an all-day bistro Wild Café (see the Good Food Guide).

Our Wellbeing Host will need a keen eye for detail, constantly checking that the hotel is looking at its best and that our team are happy and delivering our promises.

It is vital that you can communicate well with all guests, love children and can adjust your style to suit any situation. You must be confident, able to use your initiative and be a resourceful problem solver. It is essential that you have a positive outlook on life with a can-do attitude.

You will have a shared responsibility for managing our front of house team. We believe you will have a proven track record in a previous senior customer facing role. You should be well organised and able to self-manage your workload.

You will quickly need to become conversant with the huge range of facilities and services Bedruthan and the local area have to offer and be able to promote these knowledgeably.

In return we are offering:

£22,000 pro rata, per annum dependant on experience

Free meals whilst on duty

Live-in accommodation (dependant on availability)

Tronc

Start date from the end of April until the end of season in September.

You should have an awareness of, or be open minded to embracing the principles of sustainability and wellbeing both personally and professionally.
