Bedruthan Hotel and Spa is one of the most family friendly hotels in Cornwall, with stunning ocean views across the Atlantic and breath taking coastline. We are now recruiting for seasonal Chef de Parties to join our team in The Herring kitchen.

The Herring creates innovative dishes using beautifully prepared Cornish produce. Our menus balance perfectly-cooked ingredients with the occasional World spice twist - technical brilliance grounded in local sourcing of the freshest fish, locally sourced meat and field fresh seasonal vegetables.

We are looking for chefs who have an understanding of seasonal cooking, the ability to work on their own initiative, an insatiable curiosity to learn, the ability to organize, plan and prioritise and have a natural tendency to do something as well as it possibly can be.

Experience of working in a 2 rosette or higher establishment is desirable.

In return we are offering:

Up to £18,000 pro rata, per annum dependant on experience

Free meals whilst on duty

Live-in accommodation (dependant on availability)

Start dates available in April, May, June & July until the end of the season.
