- SDET programming in C#
- Build systems and source control management
- Debugging skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- SDET for the content team will need to have strong coding expertise and good understanding of build system pipeline.
- This position will be part of the content test team and a good candidate would have a solid understanding of content creation workflow.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- BS In Computer Science or related area
- Two (2)+ years as an SDET programming in C#
- Experience with build systems and source control management
- Excellent code debugging skills
- Experience on dealing with big and established code bases
- Comfortable with Scripting languages such as PowerShell
- Experience coding system tests, integration tests and unit tests
- Maintain and author build verification tests (BVTs), debug test failures, debug asset propagation failures, and find solutions to these issues
- Solid understanding of content creation workflow.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous game industry experience
- Some exposure with 3D DCC packages (3ds Max/Maya/Blender) and understanding of 3d asset concepts (Textures, Meshes, UVs, Materials, Shaders, etc.)
- Scripting experience on 3D DCC packages (ie: plugins for 3ds Max/Maya and/or Blender)
- Good knowledge of Math and Linear Algebra in 3D space.
- Experience with 3D APIs (DirectX, OpenGL, SlimDX, XNA etc )
