SDET - Daily Rate Contract

Role: SDET
Daily Rate: circa €400
Duration: 6 months (with the view for extension)
Location: Dublin City

Role Overview:
This is the chance to join a highly technical team working on the verification of web team release packages to ensure continuity of services and functionality as well as correct implementation of new features. You will be supporting the production services and web store systems. Mentoring and supporting QA team members in the design and development of top-notch automated and manual tests. Providing high-quality review and feedback to members of the development and architecture team on code layout and design decisions and implementation.

Responsibilities:
o Team planning and communication
o Software Analysis and Test planning
o Test Executions
o Software Qulaity reporting and metrics
o Process improvements
o Software delivery support

Technical Skill-set:
o 4+ years experience working in the Software QA-space
o 2+ years working experience in contributing to test automation framework design
o A good understanding of Agile development process(Scrum methodology)
o Good experience writing test scrips using Python, Ruby etc.
o Strong technical mindset with the ability to communicate well with developers and other team members
o Strong knowledge of SQL and a familiarity with MS SQL Server DB
o Some exposure to Microsoft technologies
