MICROSOFT SCSM CONSULTANT

Project:
They are migrating away from their ticketing solution. Migrating from BMC Remedy to SCSM 2012. It is already built and implemented, but they are still migrating and are in build-up mode, this role is for someone to come in and KEEP IT ALL STABLE IN OPERATIONAL MODE. Could be SOME REQUESTS/MODIFICATIONS/ENHANCEMENTS/ADD NEW FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITIES - (eg: adding fields to the database).

ACTIVITIES OF THE CONSULTANT:
Some Project Work, Build up, Configuration.

Ideally someone who can do the operational side aswell- as it is a COMPLEX SOLUTION.

Need complete product support of their business activities, these are:

- Asset Management (PC, Servers in database, used for reporting assets, adding modifications and deciding what fields should be there etc) (this is still in Build Mode)
- Ticket Management (help desk gets a call-logs the ticket-dispatches team to work on it) (this part is implemented)

Would be great to get a SCSM person who has worked on both sides (had a Assets background) and knows the incidence side of things aswell.

Need to have the right product skills so they can dive into different aspect of business activities

Main tasks-
Requests, enhancements, modifications in SCSM system (ticketing solution)

Load share, take responsibility, self driven, identify needs on their own and find solutions, help users, communication skills important
