For a project at our client's site, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for multiple

SCRUM MASTERS (4695)

You will be managing projects and initiatives within a newly defined model for Next Generation Marketing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS A SCRUM MASTER WITH 2+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
- EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF AGILE METHODOLOGIES AND ASSOCIATED FRAMEWORKS
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory rules and practices
- Strong skills in coaching teams how to follow Agile Scrum
- Good knowledge of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Knowledge about Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, (A)TDD, Testing, Pairing etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitating daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Coach the team in Agile practices, processes and tools
- Managing the Scrum marketing processes
- Arrange, facilitate and schedule meetings
