My client are a global consultancy who are working with a very large logistics and transportation organisation and we're looking for 2 Scrum Masters to join simultaneously.

You will be working on a large project with the three major functionalities of a roadmap optimization tool, a forecasting tool and a Business Intelligence tool.

The Scrum Master responsibilities:

Ensures the implementation of the scrum rules in the project team

Ensure compliance with agreed agile processes and definitions

Ensuring the necessary discipline of the team for the execution of agile projects

Include all obstacles during the project process in the backlog (eg problems with communication, personal conflicts,external disturbances during the sprints)

Eliminate obstacles

Moderate meetings in agile projects (such as sprint planning, retrospective)

acting as an intermediary and facilitator (facilitator)

Ensuring the flow of information between the product owner and the project team

Focus on the timeliness of scrum artefacts (product backlog, sprint backlog, burndown charts)

Track the "definition of done" for all the work of the development team

Status report for all sprint-relevant metrics

Identify and track team capacity
