Project:

For our client, based in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a Scrum Master who feels comfortable in a complex and regulated environment.

In this project you will...

be the Scrum Master for one agile cross-functional team
be responsible for facilitating the scrum events, daily stand-ups, sprint review meetings, retrospectives and sprint planning meeting
support the team members and the product owner to follow the scrum principles
be responsible for eliminating impediments and you bring creative ways to detect obstacles
ensure the fulfillment of the agile methodology within the team

If you are also familiar with test management you will take on further responsibilities:

- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of overall effort to ensure that all in scope components and scenarios are tested, reported on, documented and results communicated
- Providing management, leadership and technical guidance to the test analyst team
- Management of creation, sign off & implementation of testing strategies and plans
- Coordination with external groups to ensure full end to end test coverage and support

Requirements:

- 3 (+) years of experience and knowledge of agile methodology in general and especially in scrum framework
- You understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- You have experience working in a regulated environment or the pharmaceutical industry
- You are a certified Scrum Master

The following requirements are a plus:

- You have a certification in Software Testing or Test Management
- You have a proven track record of Test Management
- You have proven experience of defining and driving program level test strategies
- You are performance & productivity oriented to drive standard quality testing outcomes and results
- You are conversant in the testing tools such as HP ALM and best practices
- You are customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and stakeholders

Languages:

- You speak English at a business level
