We are looking for a dedicated SCRUM master for our global financial client. This is a great long term opportunity. The client in moving from a Waterfall approach to an Agile/Scrum methodology. You will help to set up, build and coach the scrum teams.

The scrum master needs to facilitate all activities related to working agile; assist the project manager in her role to keep the team going on a higher level; update on ongoing business (planning), indicate potential issues and notify items for stakeholders or the program. Therefore, project leader or team manager skills are required as well as the appropriate social and communication skills.

Your responsibilities

- Helping the teams apply Agile thinking to the specific distributed agile environment
- Working as an advisor you help the team adapt the methodology to their environment, and help the team challenge the existing environment
- Coaching and mentoring the teams on way of working
- Helping the team to reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period of time

Your profile

- 3 Years' experience working as an Agile Coach/Scum Master
- Experience in the area of compliance
- Excellent English communication and motivation skills
- Experience working in an international corporate environment
- Experience to work with offshore vendors
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel to international branches
