Scrum Master - Sharepoint - Aviation Industry

SCRUM MASTER - SHAREPOINT - AVIATION INDUSTRY

Our client is a leading aviation firm based in Geneva, and they are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to engage with Analysts and Developers on developing IT solutions around their Microsoft SharePoint platform.

You will be scrum master for 2 to 3 projects at any time and must have previous experience as a Scrum Master within a team.

Project management tasks such as resourcing, financial forecasting, inter-dependencies management, vendor selection, official reporting can be added to the tasks.

You will be part of internal training plan to coach and train other IT team members in scrum master roles and business people in product owner roles

You will be in charge to administer the selected tools to support SCRUM and Kanban

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of development, Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
- Real Project experience (5 to 10 years) using Scrum (references required, portal development projects is ideal)
- Understand other Agile Principles and methodologies (eg Kanban, Kaizen, Lean)
- Demonstrate execution of a defined Software life cycle model
- Experience with engineering practices (TDD, Pair Programming, XP, etc.)
- Experience with Scrum/Agile tools (VersionOne, Mingle, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP/salesforce/sharepoint platforms is an asset
- Able to create and use the Scrum metrics (velocity, burn down charts) to produce forecasts
- Assist with backlog grooming and prioritization
- Basic Financial Skills
