Scrum Master/Scrum Coach - Central London

Scrum Master/Coach needed for a retail giant in Central London. You'll be working in an Agile software engineering team whose goal is to be at the forefront of technology retail innovation. See below for details on the role; About your responsibilities:
- Scrum Coach for the whole department, providing training and guidance as required whilst working with the management team to make the transition to Scrum as successful as possible
- Instill Scrum principals and best practice
- Work closely with Product Owners
- Practice and promote good software engineering practices (e.g. TDD, BDD, performance in design)
- Contribute to the continual improvement of how we build software Essential skills:
- Certified Scrum Master and Scrum Professional
- Excellent track-record in coaching and implementing Scrum into an organisation
- Thorough understanding of the Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures
- Knows how not to implement Agile into an organisation
