- Experience in BPM projets
- 8+ years of IT experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 2+ year experience as a Scrum Master working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams
- Experience with Rally
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
- Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
- Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management
- Certified Scrum Master with strong experience in project management
