SCRUM MASTER - MIDDLEWARE

Scrum Master - Middleware requirement for an urgent start. The Scrum Master - Middleware will be working for a leading financial client.

SCRUM MASTER - MIDDLEWARE KEY SKILLS:

Squad guidance and organization using Agile/Scrum best-practices
Organize and facilitate the Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, product review, retrospective)
Manage impediments and help the team to remove them
Drives enhancements and ensures the implementation of best practices
Coach the squad in its Agile way of working
Support the Product Owner, especially with respect to discipline in maintaining and refining (grooming) the product backlog
Lead by example and provide all necessary support to the team in order to achieve the sprint focus and deliver on commitment.
You have a good understanding of key concepts within infrastructure, especially around Middleware components & web security
You have hands-on experience with industry best-practices in Agile techniques
You are a pragmatic communicator and competitive motivator, able to create a safe but result orientated work environment and team spirit
You are constructive and solution driven with regards to complexity/issues
You can handle working with tight deadlines or in stressful situations
You have an enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
