MY DUTIES:

-Support the Development Team and Product Owner in your role as Scrum Master
-Coach the Scrum team members and roles in becoming more self-organized and collaborating in an effective way
-Inspect and adapt agile scaling concepts together with the other Scrum Masters and Improvement of the way of doing
-Continuous Delivery
-Identify organizational weaknesses and impediments within your Scrum Team, and support the people responsible for resolving them
-Preparation and facilitation of Sprint Changes and Program Increment plannings
-Participation in Scrum Community of Practice
-Identification, handling and communication of impediments
-Communication of agile values and agile spirit to stakeholders
-Exchange of experience with other agile projects

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-You have profound experience in working as a Scrum Master and in-depth knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and practices
-You are an expert in one or more knowledge domains (i.e. technical, business, transformation) while having developed skills in facilitation, training, mentoring and professional coaching
-You understand what motivates a team and can help lead them to a common goal
-You have good communication and people skills
-You enjoy working in an agile and fast-paced environment
-You are eager to acquire and share new talents in a highly skilled team
-You can speak English and German very well
