-Scrum Master Certification and profound experience in leading a Scrum Team
-Work experience in software (web) development projects, especially agile projects
-Experience with Atlassian JIRA Agile, Atlassian Confluence
-Fluency in German and good English knowledge
-Experience in requirements engineering and documentation of high level (technical) designs is an advantage
-Experience as an agile coach is beneficial
