MY DUTIES:

-Make sure that the agile teams follow the defined agile processes and methodology
-Managing the scrum process
-Make sure all the impediments coming up for the agile teams are tracked and worked on
-Making sure that the product backlog is maintained by the product owner according as agreed
-Responsible to conduct and lead retrospective meetings/scoping/pre scoping/planning meetings
-Participating in scrum governance gremiums for the whole program (cross project stream)
-Act as a safe guard to the teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience as a scrum master or in a similar role (for software development teams)
-Very good knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP
-Experience working for agile teams that transformed from waterfall model to agile
-Very good understanding of software development/delivery processes
-Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on success
-Problem solving skills
-Solution oriented
-Team player
-Great interpersonal and communication skills
