Scrum Master - Life & Pensions, Mergers & Acquisitions

Our client is a leading Financial Services firm currently in the process of going through a large Merger & Acquisition and are building a team to ensure everything is delivered on time.

The manager has stressed that he needs a number of SCRUM MASTERS to come on board, with a STRONG BACKGROUND WITHIN LIFE & PENSIONS.

The candidates must have extensive experience within the following - MERGER & ACQUISITIONS, INTEGRATION AND HAVE WORKED WITHIN AN AGILE ENVIRONMENT.

The role will face off to a number of senior level stakeholders, so it's essential that the candidates have EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Key requirements:

- At least 3 years experience working as a Scrum Master within Life & Pensions
- Extensive experience within Mergers & Acquisitions
- Strong experience within Integrations
- Previous experience working on propositions
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
