Scrum Master for Portal/DMS Related Custom Development in Berlin

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Coordination of development teams
- Coordination with project stake holders (mainly: Product Owners)
- Agile mindset (doesn't necessarily have to be scrum)
- Technical background
- Good English communication skills

SKILLS OPTIONAL:

- JIRA experience
- Development skills (Front End and Back End)
- German language migh
- To be helpful - but not a must

MODE/SCOPE/DURATION

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

- Topic 1: Migration of existing portal based solution with focus on document management into a new portal architecture Team size: 8 (3 on site, 5 off site)
- Topic 2: Integration of various newly built web applications into one portal framework

DESCRIPTION OF WORK/ROLE:

- Establishment (or maintenance) of roadmap and break down into milestones and sprints
- Regular alignment with product owners and other stakeholders
- Daily alignments with the development team, moderation of daily standup meetings
- Support of development team, removal of blockers for developers
- Overall delivery rensponsible
